My perception of positive energy

We often hear about positive energy and its importance in everyday life, and today, I want to share my experiences with you.

Only by analyzing and asking questions can you notice what is happening in your life. After reading many books and the experience I have had over time with people you can meet at work or in any other setting, I have become even more convinced about the functioning and application of positive energy.

It took me a long time to understand that when a soul complains about everything happening in his life, all he wants is for you to listen without him making any real changes in his own life. Positive energy is more than a state; it is a lifestyle that you decide to put into practice and repeat every day.

When your state changes, everything changes, and this is because everything we experience we analyze according to our perception at that moment. I think it has often happened to you to analyze a situation, and then after some time, you see everything very differently; this is because everything depends on our state.

Have you noticed how pleasant it is to talk to a person who has positive energy? Only that person knows how long they have worked on their lifestyle and how many lessons they had to learn to present themselves in front of you like that.

I really appreciate people like this precisely because so many of us still operate on autopilot and in a repetitive pattern, often asking why we are going through this.

Energy can be manipulated, so you can turn every experience to your advantage, even when it is less pleasant.

I think we all have bad days but not all of us make it a lifestyle.
