One of the most common excuses I hear when people fail in a major challenge is „I do not have time”.
My answer is usually the one my father gave me „you have to have time!”
Maybe it sounds a little arrogant, but it’s very real. For most of us the lack of time is not because we are busy what is invariably true for all of us and because we do not know how to manage our time and we do not know how to communicate.

Experiment
One of the most interesting experiments you will be doing is to monitor how much you usually spend unproductively per week.
Just try one day. Use your chronometer on the phone and chronometer all the time periods of a day you could have used for something more productive.
Nothing to be forgotten: time spent at home, at work, and leisure time.
Travels make you lose your time, so think carefully how to use this time in a more productive way.
Could you structure your day better so you can free yourself early?
How long do you lose in coffee and lunch breaks?
Could you extend your day if you wake up a little earlier?
Could you sleep early to compensate for lost sleep instead of looking at the show?

Be strict with this experiment of your time and see how long you can win!
