- You think money will make you happy

Happiness occurs when your explectations meet your reality.

2. You think just because you’re different, this is a problem for you and for another people

I am happy to be me. I may not be perfect but I am honest, loving, and happy. I don’t try to be what I am not and I don’t try to impress anyone. I am Me.

You laugh at me because I am different I laugh because you are all the same .
3. Your Diet

Diet has an extraordinary impact not only on your health but your happiness as well. Give your body crap and you will feel like crap. Want to feel better?

Try simply changing your diet. Eat happy, feel happy. Simple as that.
4. Negative Thinking

Our subconscious is the most empowering personal growth tool at your disposal. Are you using it for your benefit? Consciously watch your thoughts for a day and you will be surprised at how negative you can be. Yes this does take practice but you can eliminate negativity with time.

Reprogram your subconscious with happy thoughts, and watch miracles manifest into your life.
5.You compare yourself to everyone

Your perception of happiness is skewed because you are beginning to place other people’s perception of happiness ahead of yours. This is how you find yourself in a never-ending spiral of misery.

Life is about being comfortable in your own skin and doing the things that are enjoyable to you.
6. You’re just sitting around waiting for something great to happen

Move yourself forward, do something that is going to bring you one step closer to greatness.
7.You don’t have an appreciation for the little things in life

Life isn’t always going to be some awesome fantasy where you get everything that you want. We’re all adults here and far gone are the times where we could just ask for things and get them.

Don’t take the little things for granted, they are just like little gifts throughout the day that you must appreciate if you want to live a happy and meaningful life.
8. Not feeling grateful for what you have.

Compared to people globally, you’re probably extremely well off.

When you feel inferior, it can be hard to feel grateful.
